WATER CYCLE IN NATURE AND RECYCLING
Water cycle can be describe as the continuous movement of water on, above and below the surface of the Earth, the water cycle is also known as the hydrological cycle.
while the water recycle can be defined as the reuse of waste water after being purified.
Water exists at the Earth surface as liquid, solid, and vapor. It continuously change from one of those three states to another. it can be easily observe how water changes from liquid to solid by freezing and from solid to liquid by melting. Water also changes from liquid to vapor by evaporation and from vapor to liquid by condensation. Condensation is how clouds and rain drops form. Water can even change from vapor directly into solid; a common example is snowflakes which fall from the atmosphere. Water moves from in the form of liquid, solid, or vapor, this complicated movement of the Earth water is called the water cycle.
IMPORTANCE OF WATER CYCLE
INCREASES IRRIGATION BENEFITS: The recycled water contain materials that are extremely beneficial to irrigating and fertilizing farm; recycled water often contains high levels of nitrogen is a required nutrient for plants.
IMPROVE WETLANDS: The wetlands provide many benefits to the environment, such as housing for aquatic wildlife, improving the quality of the water and providing a safe breeding ground for fish populations.
PROVIDES FUTURE WATER SUPPLY: When you take water from the rivers and oceans to use for things such as irrigation and wetlands, you use up part of the drinking water supply. When you recycle water and use that instead, you minimize the potential loss of drinking water, according to the Desert Water Agency. This leaves the maximum amount of water possible for future generations to use for their drinking needs.
ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS: Many areas where pure water is plentiful are delicate ecosystems that suffer when their water is removed but when the water is recycled, it makes it easy for places like the wetlands to keep their water supplies.
REDUCES WASTE WATER POLLUTION: it keeps waste water from going into bodies of water such as ocean or rivers, Recycling water takes waste water such as sewage and reuses it, while it would normally flow into the nearest river or ocean and pollute aquatic ecosystem.
